The service
A relay for messages between someone who scans a sticker and the car's owner. Neither party's number is shown to the other, except where an owner on the premium plan explicitly chooses to share their own number for a specific conversation.
Acceptable use
The relay exists for messages about the vehicle. Abusive, threatening, or harassing messages are not permitted and may result in the sending number being blocked. [Placeholder — define the reporting process and consequences more fully.]

Plans and billing
